Which formats are accepted by the software?

Specifications can be uploaded in the following formats:
Part list: .xlsx or .xls
Gerber files: X2, Excellon, EAGLE and KiCad compatible files.

How is the quality ensured?

Our productions work with the highest level of automated quality control systems (AOI, ICT, FCT, ...).

Can the offer be downloaded as well?

Yes, you can download the offer as PDF.

Can I order the PCB or PCBA in panel?

Yes, when you create the RFQ, please include a comment such as “please deliver in panel” in our “Comment” box and initiate the RFQ with the total amount on single PCB or PCBA and upload single PCB Gerber files. Further, please upload your preferred panel drawing as additional file.

Does the offer cost anything?

No, the offer creation is free of charge without any restriction. Costs arise only in the order with the completion of the ordering process.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, ...) and other online - payment options already in connection.

How long does the offer last?

You will receive your offer immediately after answering all technical questions. After that the order process can be started.

Can the offer be saved temporarily and the order process restarted later?

Yes, you can save the status during the request and finish it later. Further, you can make the order process later, after which you need to update the price and availability check again.

Can PCB's be reordered?

Yes, once placed orders can be reactivated and ordered again after checking for component availability.
